Also, ingredients such as fruit juices and mashed fruit, pureed and cooked spinach, mashed and boiled dals, mashed and cooked vegetables and curds, can be added to already prepare Nestum, to make nutritious feeds for the babies. Nestle Nestum Stage 2 Rice Dal Vegetable is generally used by the infants from 8 months to 24 months.
